WholeStory Foundation is a non-profit public foundation. Our mission is to provide efficient, easy-to-use management and advocacy tools to families and self-advocates with disabilities and/or special healthcare needs. Our tools will help people gain better control of their healthcare needs and build necessary skills to become successful advocates. Our tools will help support families and self-advocates as they journey toward organized, efficient healthcare that meets their individual needs.

The WholeStory Foundation website will be providing articles, resources and tools on a wide variety of topics ranging from sharing personal experiences to translating academic information into practical advice for caregivers.
